Remote Download
We work with your marketing department to create digital messages that our
production engineers transfer to each location via the fax line. The digital
recorder/player (Premier Technologies DDF-2800) connects to your fax line
and receives new messages whenever you wish to have an update sent. The equipment
does not interfere with fax traffic in any way. You have the assurance that
messages are loaded precisely when they need to be, with no need for the staff
at each location to do anything. The process is totally automated.
Internet Download
We work with your marketing department to create a library of messages for
use throughout your organization. This library of messages is stored on a
secure web site, from which each location can pick and choose precisely the
messages appropriate for its needs. The manager at each location logs onto
the site, picks the messages he or she needs, and downloads them to a special
memory card which fits in the floppy drive of any PC. Then the card is inserted
into the On-Hold device (Premier Technologies SM-1000) and the internal messages
are automatically updated. If you wish to have instant, "location specific"
control of your messages, this system is the answer.
Remote Library Download
This service is a hybrid of the Internet Download and the Remote Download
systems. We create a library of messages and store them on a secure website.
At the site you simply pick the messages to be played at each location. Within
24 to 48 hours those messages are automatically downloaded via the fax line.
You get the flexibility of having numerous messages to choose from - location
specific - with totally automated downloading via the fax line.
Which is best for you?
Remote Download
If you want the assurance that new message updates are playing at each location
by a specific date - with absolutely no interaction from anyone on location
- the Remote Download choice is best. Our production department creates and
delivers whatever messages are needed once they've been produced and approved
by the home office.
Internet Download
It's fast, flexible, and you have total control over what message plays at
what time at each location. If one region or location needs to conduct a sale
to reduce inventory or promote a special event, those locations would be able
to select the appropriate message from the library and instantly change to
the new message. You can even play different messages in the morning than
you would in the afternoon. Once the special messaging need has passed, the
messages can be changed to the original or replaced with yet another message
of choice— instantly. If this describes your needs, the Internet Download
option is the best choice for this type of application.
Remote Library Download
If having a library of messages to choose from, ease-of-use, and quick turnaround
is important, consider the Remote Library Download. Within two days your new
messages are downloaded automatically to each location. If your company requires
an instantly available library of messages, but would like to simplify the
process of changing the messages, Remote Library Download is the best choice.
No involvement at the location level is required— it's totally automated.
